1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using buydreamegg.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Description of the Service

Buydreamegg is an independent review and affiliate website operated by ATS Corporation. The Site provides editorial content, product comparisons, and outbound links to third-party online retailers. We do not manufacture, warehouse, ship, or directly sell any product listed on the Site. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the relevant merchant (e.g., Dreamegg), not with Buydreamegg or ATS Corporation.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

The Site contains affiliate links. When you click certain outbound links and subsequently make a purchase on the merchant's website, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial opinions, ratings, or recommendations. Where a relationship could be perceived as material, we disclose it on the relevant page.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, or contract.
Use the Site to harm, threaten, or impersonate any person, or to send unsolicited communications.
Attempt to interfere with the Site's security, integrity, or performance (including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without permission).
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Site at a rate that exceeds normal browsing, or in a manner that burdens our infrastructure.
Use the Site to advertise or promote any product or service competing with those reviewed on the Site without our written consent.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Site or its associated outbound merchants.

6. Intellectual Property

All editorial content on this Site — including text, graphics, design, layout, code, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of Buydreamegg / ATS Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Product names, logos, images, and brands referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification, comparison, and editorial purposes (nominative fair use).

You may view, download (for caching), and print portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

7. User-Generated Content

The Site does not currently host open user-generated content (comments, reviews, uploads). Should we add such features in the future, additional terms will apply, including a license to display submitted content and conduct rules. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any user content.

8. Third-Party Links and Merchants

The Site contains links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, terms, or accuracy of any third-party website. Your interactions with third-party merchants — including purchases, returns, warranties, and customer support — are solely between you and the merchant. We are not a party to those transactions and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from them. Please review the merchant's own terms and policies before purchasing.

9. Pricing and Availability

Any prices, discounts, and availability information shown on the Site are provided for editorial and informational purposes and are based on our reasonable efforts to reflect the merchant's current offering. The merchant controls the actual price, availability, taxes, and shipping at checkout, and these may change without notice. Always confirm the final price and terms on the merchant's website before completing a purchase.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, materials, and information provided through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Product reviews, ratings, and recommendations reflect our editorial opinion at the time of writing. They are not a guarantee of product performance. Your experience may vary based on individual use, expectations, and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Buydreamegg, ATS Corporation, their officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site, any content on the Site, or any product purchased through outbound links, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buydreamegg and ATS Corporation and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including (without limitation) if we believe that you have violated these Terms. The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at joni@buydreamegg.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your habitual residence provide otherwise.

EU/EEA consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
